Low Profile Underfloor Heating and Liquid Screed Project in Horwich, Bolton

On this project, Apex supplied and installed 100mm PIR insulation throughout the ground floor. Followed by 500gauge Visquine and edging foam, all taped and sealed for liquid Screed. An Underfloor Heating system was led throughout followed by a 50mm Thermio Liquid Screed.


As the first floor was a suspended timber floor, we installed a Low Profile Underfloor Heating Mat to the master bedroom and both en suits allowing us to pour a 25mm Thermio Liquid Screed in these areas.
