Underfloor Heating & Liquid Screed

Project in Clitheroe, Lancashire

 On this project Apex installed a Tackernail Underfloor Heating system to the ground floor with a 50mm Liquid Screed. To the first floor, the structure could not accommodate the weight of screed so a 22mm pre routed Caberdek Chipboard Flooring was installed with a 12mm Underfloor Heating pipe. Using this type of system also adds structural integrity to the floor.
